Clovermead is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable team member to join our Honey Shop team! The Honey Shop is a key part of the Clovermead experience, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about our products, and helping create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly shopping experience
- Assist guests with questions and help them choose products (honey, spreads, gifts, and local items)
- Operate the POS system and process payments (cash/debit/credit)
- Restock shelves, merchandise products, and keep displays looking full and organized
- Fill jars with honey, and label product
- Welcome and assist guests to our Honey Tasting Bar
- Keep the Honey Shop clean and tidy throughout the day
- Wrap and package gifts and help prepare items for customers




- Share basic product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs

- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, and notify a manager when needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Friendly, confident, and professional customer service skills
- Comfortable handling money and using a POS system (training provided)
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Able to stay calm and efficient during busy days
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping a clean, organized workspace
- Must be available Saturdays and holidays during peak season

Expected Hours:

- Part time, year round

- Shifts may be scheduled on any day from Monday through Saturday
- No Sunday work required, as we are closed on Sundays.
