We are presently accepting resumes for Casual General Service Workers for all departments - housekeeping, food and dining services.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Be Pleasant & Sincere in dealing with the Elderly as well as Staff Members

ON Call basis- Fill shifts during absences as needed

Ability to do shift work (8 hour shifts - 24 hour operation)

Be willing & able to perform duties as assigned

Must be willing to work nights & weekends. (Shift Differentials for evening, night & weekend)

Duties can include but not limited to:

General Kitchen Prep, Dining Room Attendant, Serving Residents, Dishes

Housekeeping Duties: Vacuuming, Dusting, Laundry, General Cleaning etc.

Culinary Skills is considered an Asset but not necessary.

Assist Residents with problems, discomfort & sickness





Other Duties/Responsibilities as Assigned

Team player but also able to work independently

Possess positive communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Knowledge of W.H.M.I.S. an asset

Certificate in Emergency First Aid / Food Safe an asset

Must have a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness
