Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Line Loader/Unloader to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and managing the paint line equipment, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes, including the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in industrial operations and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and secure items on the paint line conveyor
- Unload and inspect items after painting for quality




- Coordinate with painting team to manage workflow efficiently
- Report defects or issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE consistently
- Support production schedules by maintaining steady workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
- Assist with minor adjustments to equipment when required

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or production roles preferred
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail for quality inspection
- Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual, willing to work the posted shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
