Village Roots Wellness is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist who is full of life, has abundant energy, an upbeat attitude, great sense of humor, and most of all, loves helping people! Being passionate about delivering impeccable services and providing an outstanding experience for clients is essential.

We are located at 1913 Dundas St E in Whitby. This multidisciplinary clinic offers a wide rage of services including; acupuncture, massage, cupping, hot stone massage, , IFC treatments, ultrasound and reflexology.

This is a part time short term position. Starting in August until the end of December

Everything you need is there for your reception duties, we want you to be comfortable and happy in your space. If you require anything at all just ask,



we will supply you with what you need to perform your job.

Duties Include; answering phones, direct billing for clients, cashing clients out, booking appointments (we use Jane clinic software), reschedule appointments, responding to email/ voicemail, daily social media posts to be shared between the reception team and laundry, sweeping and cleaning, filling soap and other minor duties as requested.

Experience with Jane clinic software and direct billing is preferred.

Available hours are: Monday- Thursday 10-3 and Friday 10-2, also to help fill in when people are sick or for time off
