We are seeking an energetic and friendly Busser/Host to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Ensure all dining surfaces, floors, and common areas are kept spotless through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety standards when assisting in food delivery or setup
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and service flow
- Assist with setting up dining areas before service begins and breaking down after closing shifts




- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries courteously and addressing any concerns promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and kitchen operations is a plus
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with serving procedures and guest service expectations within the food industry
