Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas vibrant and well-kept
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, and general landscape upkeep
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
- Utilize mechanical equipment such as excavators when necessary for larger landscaping projects or site improvements
- Conduct snow removal operations using shovels, snow blowers, plows, or other equipment to ensure clear walkways, driveways, and parking lots during winter storms




- Perform routine inspections of landscape features and mechanical systems to identify maintenance needs or repairs
- Assist with construction or installation projects related to landscape enhancements or infrastructure improvements

Requirements

- Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related outdoor work preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools (pruners, shovels) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) used in landscaping and snow removal tasks
- Construction experience is a plus for site improvements or installation projects
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
- Solid attention to safety protocols when operating machinery or handling tools
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate small machinery confidently is advantageous
