As Housekeeping Manager, You Will

- Lead, coach, and support a housekeeping team of 10–20+ employees, fostering a positive and accountable team environment
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces are cleaned, inspected, and maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct room inspections and quality assurance checks, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop housekeeping staff while supporting their professional growth
- Manage department scheduling,



labour costs, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Respond to guest concerns and special requests professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure all health, safety, and company policies are followed while maintaining a secure work environment
- Collaborate with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental and hotel goals

Who You Are

- Previous housekeeping experience is required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally managing a team of 10–20+ employees
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and team management skills
- Experience with inventory management and departmental budgeting is considered an asset
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
