Property Maintenance Helper – Landscaping, Windows, Snow & More

We're a growing home services company in Toronto serving high-end residential clients. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working helper to join our team for landscaping, window cleaning, powerwashing, and seasonal work like snow removal and Christmas light installation.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role — no desk time. You'll be working directly with our crew at client properties, learning multiple trades, and helping us deliver top-tier service to homeowners who expect the best.

What You'll Do

- Landscaping and property maintenance (mowing, trimming, mulch, cleanups, seasonal work)
- Window cleaning and powerwashing at residential properties
- Snow removal in winter months
- Christmas light installation and takedown
- Load/unload equipment, keep trucks and gear organized
- Follow safety procedures on ladders, equipment, and job sites
- Represent the company professionally — you're in front of our clients daily

What We're Looking For

- Physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (asset,



not always required)
- Robust work ethic — shows up on time, works hard, doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Comfortable on ladders and around basic equipment
- Good attitude, team player, takes direction well
- No experience necessary — we'll train the right person
- Experience in landscaping, window cleaning, or general labour is a plus but not required
