Fort Qu’Appelle Bldg & Home Supply is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused Contractor Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands building materials, and enjoys supporting contractors with accurate information, reliable service, and strong product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and tradespeople
- Provide accurate product knowledge, pricing, and material recommendations
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and special‑order requests
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and project timelines with the yard and operations teams
- Manage contractor accounts, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth project execution
- Identify opportunities to grow contractor business and strengthen customer loyalty
- Maintain a professional, solutions‑focused approach in all interactions

Qualifications

- Experience in contractor sales, building materials, or construction (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills




- Ability to read building plans and understand material requirements
- Comfortable working with POS systems, quoting tools, and inventory software
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- A team‑player mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude
