Overview
We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Supervisor to lead our security and operational efforts. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. Your leadership will help maintain a secure environment while supporting the depot’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

Duties

- Supervise staff
- Assist managers with cash balancing
- Work 40 hours a week
- Ensure the business is running smoothly
- Be physically able to handle a physical job of standing all day, some lifting
- Counting bottles and ensuring customers get their proper refund
- Be able to open or close the depot

Requirements

- Prior experience in supervising or managing is a must
- Excellent math skills




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting
- Ability to remain vigilant and attentive during shifts in a energetic environment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed

You must be able to work one weekend day. You will get 2 days off in a row each week. Upon completion of 3 months, you will qualify for health benefits.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
