We are looking for an enthusiastic STEAM instructor to lead birthday parties and after school classes for children aged 4-12. This position is perfect for someone who benefits from a collaborative team workplace, but also thrives when working independently. We are seeking an applicant who is confident leading groups of children through activities, and has strong classroom management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading STEAM birthday parties
- Teaching after school classes in-lab and at school locations
- Helping to lead camps taking place in-lab
- Preparing party/class material
- Lesson planning for after school classes
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience teaching/instructing groups of children
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Enthusiastic attitude
