Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, mature, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vault/Auction Support Specialist. This position is a full-time role offering 35+ hours per week. Please note that some evenings/overnights may be required from time to time.

The idea candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. You will work in a quick-paced environment where safety and must be able to problem solve independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Various Vault tasks-storage withdrawals, consolidations, audits, receipts
- Perform detailed intakes for newly received product
- Assist with client pick-ups and drop-offs for wine and spirits
- Off-site pick ups and drop offs, overnights are sometimes required
- Occasionally organize and execute the lotting and gathering of product
- Provide exceptional on-site customer care and support
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails and client inquiries
- Execute general administrative tasks as needed

Skills

- High school diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or retail
- G Full Driver’s License -Ability to navigate around the city and partake in long drives as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)



and Google Workspace applications
- Professional, mature, and highly dependable demeanor
- Self-starter with high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, strict attention to detail and flexibility
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively when required and work on your feet
- Safety-minded approach to physical tasks and warehouse duties
- Knowledge of wine is considered an asset, though it is not required
