Reporting to the Development Director, the estimator extracts complete data in order to obtain the right value. He/she works independently from the plumbing and/or ventilation plans and specifications while making technical recommendations to the team.

- Master bid documents (plans, specifications and addenda) in order to perform data extraction and question the available information in order to make the proposals more competitive;
- Analyzes and validates the content of the bids from various suppliers and subcontractors;
- Make modifications to projects in progress (change notices);
- Attend site visits required by the calls for tenders (as needed);
- Any other task related to the position.

- College diploma in building mechanics or knowledge equivalent to a college level;
- Relevant experience in estimating, in the construction industry;
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel (advanced);
- Bilingual (spoken and written);
- Good knowledge of Viewpoint/Trimble (an asset).
