We are currently looking for a full time Optical Sales Associate/ Optician helping with frame/lens selection and repairs. Experience in the industry is required. We are looking for a candidate with strong customer-service skills, who loves helping others, and works well with a team. No late evenings or Sundays required.
Duties included, but are not limited to:
- Helping customers to select frames
- Helping customers to select which lens will work best for their needs
- Glasses repairs
- Inputting glasses/frame orders
- Answering phones/ booking appointments
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Keeping frame shelves clean and tidy
Wages are competitive and negotiable for the right candidate.
