About the Role

We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors with a background in continuous extrusion blow moulding to join our team. The successful candidates will oversee production operations, lead employees, and help ensure the efficient production of plastic bottles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise the operation of 13 blow moulding production lines producing plastic bottles.
- Work collaboratively with the team of Supervisors on each shift to ensure smooth production.
- Manage and support up to 20 production employees, including performance, attendance, and adherence to workplace procedures.
- Count and record daily production totals.
- Adjust machine weights on continuous extrusion blow moulding equipment.
- Adjust parison distribution on continuous extrusion blow moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, including:
- Water leaks
- Air leaks
- Sensor replacements
- Other routine mechanical issues
- Promote a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a blow moulding manufacturing facility preferred.




- Experience with continuous extrusion blow moulding equipment is required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

- Ability to work a 12-hour continental rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Must supply basic hand tools, including:
- Allen wrench set
- Hammer
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers

Compensation & Perks

- Competitive wage of $22.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.
