Job Title: Lumper Associate

Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (On‑site)

Work Type: Casual / On-Call

Salary: $18.00 - 22.00 + 4% vacation pay (Weekly pay)

We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Lumper Associates for on-call shifts in Dartmouth, NS. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials in a warehouse environment, assisting with inventory movement, and supporting general warehouse operations as needed. This is a casual, on-call position, so flexibility and availability are essential.

What you'll do

Load and unload freight, products, and materials safely and efficiently.

Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.

Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner.

Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Perform other warehouse and general labour duties as required.

What you'll bring

- Previous experience in a warehouse, loading/unloading, general labour, or a similar role.




- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving heavy items throughout the shift.
- Availability to work on a casual, on-call basis when shifts become available.
- Your own high-visibility safety vest and CSA-approved safety boots (additional PPE may be required depending on the site).
- A dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
