Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Construction Field Managers to lead and oversee construction projects on-site. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role involves coordinating daily operations, supervising teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope. Candidates should have a solid background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret detailed blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards and client expectations
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for planning, documentation,



and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records of progress, change orders, and daily reports

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or supervising construction projects
- Robust knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Ability to read detailed blueprints and schematics effectively
- Experience with budgeting, construction estimating, and project scheduling
- Excellent leadership skills with supervisory experience leading diverse teams on-site
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are a plus

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
