Bona Building and Management Co Ltd is looking to hire a full-time Building Technician.

Responsibilities will include:

- Managing facilities and grounds contracts and agreements, as well as preventative maintenance requirements (Plumbing, HVAC, Sprinkler, mechanical equipment).
- Performing regularly scheduled maintenance on fire suppression/fire alarm systems, pest control systems, and life safety devices/equipment.
- Performing minor electrical tasks such as repairing lighting fixtures or replacing light bulbs.
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing water filters softeners, piping and pumps used in conjunction with water distribution, including all plumbing fixtures, supply lines, drains, water lines, and associated components.
- Assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, other secondary refrigerating liquids, together with valves, appurtenances and lines used in the system.
- Assisting in the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, appurtenances,



and lines used in the distribution of heated or processed water
- Responsible for (NSCC) work order completion when directed by the Building Operator or Operations Manager.

Requirements:

· Minimum of two years of related experience

- Ability to meet requisite security clearance requirements (Secret Clearance)

· Possession of the requisite licenses and permits required by local laws and ordinances to operate, repair and maintain the facility equipment and systems will be a plus

· Must have valuable working knowledge of hand tools and appropriate test equipment

· on call emergency response

Hours: 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
