Training Period: Afternoon Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $22.00/hour

Regular Shift: Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $23.00/hour

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team

in Bolton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating

a Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced wood manufacturing environment, ensuring

the efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move raw materials and finished products.

· Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely.

· Transport materials to production and warehouse areas.

· Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

· Stack, organize, and store materials in designated locations.

· Maintain accurate inventory movement and follow warehouse procedures.

· Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

· Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.





· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

· Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (required).

· Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

· Experience working in a wood manufacturing environment is considered a robust asset.

· Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to Bolton, ON, as public transportation is limited.

· Must be available to complete the afternoon training period before transitioning to the permanent night shift.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
