As a Front Desk Agent with The Super 8 Medicine Hat you have the opportunity to provide a welcoming experience and ensure our Guest have a lasting memory of their visit. This position will be scheduled for night shift (11 PM to 7 AM)

We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.

Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, and processes invoices.

Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

* Previous customer related experience preferred

* Previous PMS experience an asset





* Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset

* Must possess a professional presentation

* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

* Highly responsible & reliable

* Ability to work well under pressure in a quick paced setting

* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, and courteous at all times

*Must have flexible schedule 7 days a week
