Sales & Marketing Representative – First Clazz Detailing

We’re looking for driven, energetic individuals who aren’t afraid to knock on doors, talk to people, and make money.

At First Clazz Detailing, this role is simple:
The more doors you knock
The more people you talk to
The more deals you close
The more you earn

No ceiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods (this is your main game)
- Pitch our premium mobile car detailing services
- Build quick rapport and turn conversations into booked appointments
- Hand out business cards, flyers, and promos
- Generate leads and pass them to the team (or close on the spot)
- Represent the brand with confidence and energy
- Track your daily progress (doors knocked, leads generated, deals closed)

Pay Structure

- Base Pay
- Commission-based (earn on every booked job)

Work Schedule

- 6 hours per day
- Flexible shifts
