Event Cleaning Staff Needed – Barrie Asian Night Market (August 14-16)
We are hiring casual event cleaning staff for the Barrie Asian Night Market at Georgian Mall (509 Bayfield Street, Barrie, ON L4M 4Z8) from August 14-16.
This role includes garbage collection, keeping dining areas clean, picking up litter, and assisting with general event support to help maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Empty garbage bins and replace full bags
- Transport garbage to designated disposal areas
- Clean and wipe dining tables as needed
- Pick up litter throughout the event site
- Support general site cleanliness and event operations
- Follow instructions from the in office manager
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to perform physical work and lift garbage bags
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced event environment
- Cleaning or event experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and team player
