- Provide excellent customer service with a smile
- Assist customers in finding the right products, making their purchases, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Cleaning floors, shelves, and other spaces in the store, as required
- Moving boxes (up to 25kg)
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in retail is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
