Privately owned small volume endodontic practice located in the Corktown/Riverside community in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced Certified Level 2 Chairside Dental Assistant who demonstrates a solid work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Compensation:

- $27-37 hr. based on experience and references.
- Health spending account and 3 paid sick days after probationary period.
- Free onsite parking
- Daily Scrubs and footwear provided.
- No weekends.
- ESA standards for holidays.

Schedule:

- Mon. Wed, Thurs: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Tuesday and Friday: Optional.
- Start date: August 1st or similar.

Qualifications:

- Level I and Level II assisting diploma.
- Level 2 Provincial Certification.
- Current HARP, CPR, and WHMIS certification (or provided upon hire).
- Experienced using a Lexa or M11 sterilizer.
- Minimum 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience.
- Endodontic or specialty experience preferred.
- Professional reference from a supervising dentist is required.




- Comfortable using dental software for charting, documentation, and note transcription.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare instruments and materials.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain IPAC standards.
- Take diagnostic endodontic radiographs including shift shots and position patient for CBCT.
- Transcribe doctor notes and sent out post op letters and scans.
- Manage inventory and ordering.
- Keep clinical areas organized and clean.
- Complete comfort calls and assist admins when there are no patients.
