Parts Specialist

An established and busy automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries.
- Source, quote, and order automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, invoices, returns, and credits.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure technicians receive parts in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
- Participate in receiving shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining an organized parts department.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and cataloging systems.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
