We are looking for a dependable, motivated Construction Labourer to join our crew. We specialize in building ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) foundations and homes. We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to be part of a professional team That does things right.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the construction of ICF foundations

Prepare and clean job sites

Load, unload, and move construction materials

Assist with concrete pours and finishing as required

Operate hand and power tools safely

Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently with the crew

Qualifications

Valid driver’s licence (required)

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Construction experience preferred

Concrete experience is an asset

Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
