Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. This role involves providing guests with an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, efficient order handling, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS, restaurant operations, and food safety standards is highly valued. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide guest services by addressing questions,



special requests, and resolving issues professionally
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with food industry standards including food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
