Assistant Head Baker

We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and passionate Assistant Head Baker to help lead our bakery production alongside our Head Baker. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in scratch baking, values consistency, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
- Experience with sourdough, laminated doughs, artisan breads, and scratch baking
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products
- Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and established systems with precision
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support, motivate, and guide team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices

What You'll Do

- Support the Head Baker in all aspects of daily bakery production
- Prepare artisan breads, pastries, and baked goods from scratch




- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all products
- Help train, mentor, and support bakery team members
- Assist with production planning and workflow to ensure productive operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
