Pool Construction Technician (Seasonal)

Pelican Pool & Spa Inc. – LaSalette, Ontario

Pelican Pool & Spa Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season, with the opportunity to return next season.

We specialize in high-quality above ground and inground pool installations throughout Norfolk County and surrounding areas. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, takes initiative, and wants to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

- Install above ground and inground pools
- Concrete preparation, placement, and finishing
- Site preparation, excavation, and grading
- Operate skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Deliver quality workmanship while working safely and efficiently

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

- Experience in construction and concrete work
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators,



or similar heavy equipment
- A valid driver's licence
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail
- The ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
