Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness is looking for a full-time Physiotherapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Red Deer, Alberta.

You won’t be starting from scratch. We have strong patient demand, established referral pathways, and a caseload ready for the right clinician. You’ll also be surrounded by a collaborative team that includes 14 physiotherapists across Stride and professionals from seven healthcare disciplines.

Your Role

As a physiotherapist at Stride, you will:

- Assess patients and create individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-informed care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education.
- Develop strong therapeutic relationships and help create an exceptional experience for each patient.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, manual osteopaths, dietitians, and counsellors.
- Participate in mentorship, team learning, clinical discussions, and professional development.
- Contribute positively to a workplace culture grounded in caring, collaboration, and continued growth.

Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness was founded in 2018 with a belief that patients, team members, and community should be at the centre of every decision.





Since then, we have grown into one of Central Alberta’s leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. Our Red Deer clinic brings together physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, manual osteopaths, dietitians, and counsellors. We also collaborate closely with our sister clinic in Blackfalds, whose team includes chiropractic care.

Pay: $95,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
