To continue to help our clients do more in life, work, and play, we’re looking for a Care Coordinator for our clinic.

About the Care Coordinator role:

As our Care Coordinator, you’ll be a critical pillar supporting our smooth operation, and the first face people see representing our clinic. You’ll have the opportunity to make lasting impacts on our clients everyday as you engage with patients, manage patient flow and documentation, and support our clinical specialists treating clients.

In a typical day, you will:

· Respond to internal and external requests for information and maintain and update records

· Manage communication between medical professionals and clients

· Work with external partners/suppliers as needed

· Maintain our appointment booking system and triage client situations by gathering the necessary information to determine client needs

· Engage with clients for follow-ups and serve walk-in customers for non-prescription products

· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked lobby and reception area

· Support our Soles4Souls clinic donations and shoe drives

· Complete other administrative duties (e.g., office supply management, placing orders, processing payments, answering phones and inquires, etc.)

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be high energy,



eager to engage with our clients and someone with a bright and sunny disposition. You’ll also need to take initiative and ownership over your work. We don’t believe in micromanagement, so we’re looking for someone who can be proactive and identify what needs to be done without being told.

About this opportunity with BioPed Footcare:

This is a full-time permanent position working daily out of our clinic typically from Monday-Friday, ranging from 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for some evenings and Saturday’s.

You’ll be paid hourly to start and will have the prospect to earn a competitive salary commensurate with experience in the future. Qualifications:

Here’s what we’re looking for:

· A strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly

· Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong organizational skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· High school diploma

And here’s what would be an asset:

· Experience working in a clinical retail setting or retail management, leadership, or supervisory role

· Experience with sales in any industry

· Direct experience with customer/client interaction and communication

· Experience using QuickBooks

· Experience in medical administration or the medical field

· Diploma of Office Administration
