Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and maintaining robotic welding systems to ensure high-quality production of welded components. This role requires a strong understanding of welding processes, mechanical systems, and manufacturing operations to optimize robotic performance and efficiency. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on precision and safety.

Duties

- Develop and modify robotic welding programs using CAD/CAM software to meet project specifications.
- Set up and calibrate robotic welding equipment, including rigging and mechanical adjustments.
- Operate and troubleshoot MIG, TIG, systems to support welding operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
- Perform routine maintenance on robotic systems, including calibration with calipers and other hand tools.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, schematics, and basic math calculations to ensure weld integrity.
- Operate forklifts or cranes as needed for material handling within the manufacturing setting.
- Follow safety protocols related to welding, rigging, crane operation,



and general manufacturing practices.

Skills

- Proficiency in robotic welding programming and operation with experience in MIG and TIG welding processes.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery including press brakes, plasma cutters, and hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with rigging, crane operation, machining, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for robotic systems and welding equipment maintenance.
- Prior experience with forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
