Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for building and fabricating various metal components and structures. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and a compressed 4 day work week.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components
- Weld and fabricate metal structures according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time & on budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings




- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication techniques
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail is an asset
- Tig welding stainless and aluminum experience is an asset
