We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Leader Front of House/Server to join our energetic hospitality team! Duties
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers and hostesses, to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including coordinating seating arrangements and table assignments using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Oversee food handling and serving procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary to support kitchen staff during busy periods
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments through POS systems
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a skilled and enthusiastic team
- Monitor customer feedback, address concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Experience
- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Extensive food service experience with knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality standards
- Familiarity with restaurant management operations, including food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen processes
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Previous experience in interviewing potential staff members and managing restaurant teams is highly desirable
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or barista experience is a plus for supporting kitchen or bar operations
