Join a Growing Dealership. We're Expanding Our Finance Team.

Port Hope Volkswagen is experiencing continued growth, and we're looking to add a second Automotive Business Manager to support our increasing sales volume.

This is not a replacement position. We're expanding our team because our dealership has grown to the point where adding another Finance Manager will allow us to continue delivering an exceptional customer experience while creating more opportunities for our staff.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Business Manager, you'll help customers confidently complete one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.

Working alongside our existing Finance Manager and Sales Management team, you'll:

- Arrange vehicle financing through our lending partners.
- Present warranty, protection, and insurance products that provide real value to customers.
- Structure deals that balance customer satisfaction with dealership profitability.
- Ensure every transaction meets OMVIC and lender compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure deals are funded promptly.
- Build strong relationships with our lenders and manufacturer partners.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to create a seamless buying experience.

What We're Looking For

- Experienced in automotive finance.
- Skilled and customer-focused.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable presenting financing and protection products.

- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Previous automotive dealership experience required.
- F&I;/Business Manager experience preferred.
- OMVIC License.

Valid Ontario Driver's Licence.
