Job Summary

Duties

- Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and preferences
- Assess client conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans using your knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details and client progress
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service




- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and treatment planning
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to health and safety standards

Pay: $70.00-$100.92 per hour
