Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team.Candidate MUST have 1-2 years of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in the Hotel industry. The ideal candidate. will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing a welcoming and hygienic environment.

Duties

- Making sure all Guest Room are clean and sanitize , including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, following established procedures.
- Making sure to replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to ensure guest comfort.
- Ensure rooms are dusted and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.vacuum carpets and clean floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist in the cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as required.




- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

- Experience in Hotel cleaning work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
