CALARC Inc. is seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Experience in welding, fabrication, or industrial supplies is a strong asset, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming sales calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical product support.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining showroom inventory.
- Support warehouse and general labor duties as required, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Stay informed on industry products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Welding, fabrication, or industrial supply knowledge is a robust asset.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets), and Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
