We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by supporting customers, processing orders accurately, and ensuring timely communication across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Warehouse Operations, as well as vendors and customers, to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer inquiries are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities include monitoring incoming phone calls and customer emails, entering and managing customer purchase orders, coordinating with warehouse personnel to support order fulfillment, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.





Key Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with any inquiries.
- Process customer orders and follow up with customers via phone and or/email
- Manage internal communication between our warehouses and other departments.
- Coordinate with our warehouses to ensure orders are received in a timely manner.
