An Islamic school in North York is seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join the team. The selected candidate will be passionate about providing protected and reliable transportation to students from home to school and school to home. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all riders.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a bus according to established routes and schedules.

- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit by adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

- Assist students in boarding and disembarking.

- Maintain a clean and well-functioning bus by performing routine inspections and basic mechanical checks.





- Educate passengers on safety procedures and bus etiquette.

- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts as required.

- The job involves one private school only.

- Morning and afternoon split shift, with free day hours in between.

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license; E-Class license.

- Police clearance certificate required.

- Should be able to drive the yellow school bus.
