We are opening a new restaurant and are looking for an experienced Kitchen Cook to join our team.

You will focus on cooking and kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Cook food using fryer, grill, and stove
- Prepare meats, sauces, and hot food items
- Perform basic food prep (cutting vegetables, ingredient preparation)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently during busy service hours

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
- Experience with grill and fryer stations
- Basic knife skills (vegetable cutting required)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Available evenings and weekends

Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique en cuisine.

Responsabilités

- Cuisson avec friteuse, grill et cuisinière
- Préparation des viandes, sauces et plats chauds
- Préparation de base (coupe de légumes, préparation des ingrédients)
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé
- Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité
- Travailler efficacement pendant les périodes achalandées

Exigences

- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en cuisine
- Expérience avec grill et friteuse
- Compétences de base en coupe de légumes
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide
- Fiable, responsable et esprit d’équipe
- Disponible le soir et la fin de semaine
