We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Alberta Operations and help build the next stage of our company's growth.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our operations while leading dispatch, customer service, driver support, and operational performance.

You'll build systems, develop people, improve efficiency, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service every day.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily transportation operations.
- Supervise and mentor dispatch staff and support personnel.
- Coordinate truck movements across Canada and the United States.
- Improve dispatch processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer communication and service.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop employees.
- Manage driver performance and support.
- Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.




- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of transportation, logistics, or fleet operations management experience.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Robust computer skills, including office and transportation software.
- Knowledge of commercial transportation regulations.
