Duties

- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash transactions, change, and receipts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling products to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, serving counters, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety for both customers and staff.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
