Wave Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic opening Q4 2026 on Calgary's iconic 4th Street in Mission. We offer integrated, expert-led care that feels as current and considered as the people it serves — occupying the space between premium healthcare and modern wellness, without compromising on either.

We're looking for a naturopathic doctor who practices with rigour — someone who bridges functional and conventional approaches, communicates clearly with co-treating practitioners, and wants to build a practice within a clinic that takes both credibility and patient experience seriously.

Who You Are





- A Naturopathic Doctor registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA), with professional liability insurance
- Evidence-informed in your approach, with clear scope awareness and strong cooperative instincts
- An experienced, patient-centred clinician committed to measurable patient progress
- Approachable, polished, and professional without ego
- Excited to shape the integrative-medicine arm of a brand-new clinic

- Independent contractor structure — full clinical autonomy over your approach, patient mix, and schedule
- Banded compensation splits that grow as your caseload grows — your success is directly rewarded
