We are seeking a friendly and effective Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Manage customer transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, or store policies
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette




- Support sales goals through effective communication and suggestive selling techniques
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized throughout the shift
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods

Skills

- Bilingual proficiency (English and additional languages) is preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales including product demos and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising and store displays
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts

Pay: $15.90-$16.90 per hour
