Studio Chique Skincare & Laser is a brand-new luxury wellness and skincare clinic opening in Richmond, BC. Our mission is to provide exceptional client care through advanced skincare, laser treatments, and therapeutic massage in a welcoming, modern environment.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team and help build a loyal client base from the ground up.
Compensation
We offer a 60% Therapist / 40% Clinic commission split.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records.
- Educate clients on home care, stretching, and wellness recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Studio Chique team to create an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
- Minimum 2 years of professional RMT experience.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for client care and wellness.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
