Medical Receptionist / Phlebotomist (Hybrid Role)

Amberlea Medical Center is seeking a reliable, proactive team member to support both front desk operations and clinical duties in a fast-paced medical clinic.

This is a hybrid role requiring strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. You will often be handling phones, patients, and physician requests at the same time.

Responsibilities

Front Desk / Clinic Support

- Manage patient appointments using EMR (OSCAR Pro preferred)
- Handle patient inquiries (phone and in-person)
- Triage patients and support physicians during visits
- Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
- Maintain front desk and waiting area
- Follow up on consults and patient requests

Clinical Duties

- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Prepare and organize lab samples for pickup
- Administer vaccines (preferred)

Requirements

Good-to-Have

- Certification in Phlebotomy
- Experience working in a medical clinic or reception environment




- Familiarity with EMR systems (OSCAR Pro is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

- Hours: 30–44 per week
