Job Overview:

Pinnacle International is one of Canada's leading builders of luxurious condominium residences, commercial properties, hotels and rental buildings.

We are now seeking an experienced and fast-paced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for high-rise residential developments in Vancouver. This role oversees all aspects of marketing from pre-launch to sell-out including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, brochures, signage, market assessments, budgets and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

- 10 years+ experience in residential high-rise marketing and development.
- Proven track record with reputable companies and projects.
- Relevant education and qualifications.
- Excellent knowledge the Vancouver real estate market and buyer landscape.
