The Red Door Restaurant is a busy, welcoming café known for exceptional customer service, quality food, and a team that genuinely cares. We’re searching for a mature, dependable part-time server who thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys keeping busy, and notices the little details that make a guest’s experience memorable.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is punctual, reliable, and takes responsibility for their work.
- Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys connecting with people.
- Can stay calm, organized, and efficient during busy lunch rushes.
- Multitasks with confidence and doesn’t become flustered under pressure.
- Has neat, legible handwriting for taking customer orders.
- Works independently and doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing.
- Understands that slower moments are opportunities to restock, clean, organize, and support the team.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a hardworking, respectful workplace.
- Has previous serving or hospitality experience.




- Has weekend availability, as weekend shifts are a required part of this position.
- Barista experience is considered a strong asset.
