We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller and Safety Technician to assist our aircraft charter Company with a focus on financial oversight and workplace safety. In this dual role, you will work around financial management and safety standards processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will assist financial and operational excellence, enhance employee well-being, and support our commitment to quality and efficiency across all Company activities.

Responsibilities
- assist and monitor financial activities related to Company operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.
- Assist and enhance safety protocols aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist scheduled safety inspections and reporting
- Monitor supplies
- process the aircraft daily activity monitoring and documentation
- Co-ordinate and monitor Company specific training sessions on safety procedures, best practices, and emergency response protocols to enhance team awareness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of Financial, safety, training and Quality Assurance documents.
- Assist the Procurement processes
- Promote a culture of safety consciousness, accountability, and continuous improvement among all team members.
Experience
- Proven education and experience and willingness to learn and adapt in financial and safety environments with a strong understanding of importance of processes and standards.
- Demonstrated ability in financial processes and reporting within a corporate setting.
- Experience and or willingness to learn and adapt in delivering training programs related to safety or operational excellence.
- Knowledge of and willingness to learn and adapt relevant safety regulations.
- Proven experience working in a variety of software platforms and a networking system
- Attention to detail, good work ethics and morals essential
- Accuracy is top priority
- Ability of working independently and in a group setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
